In school , governance structure entails who makes decisions and how responsibilities are shared.
Board of management sets school vision, mission and long term goals.
Approve policies, budgets and strategic plans.
The headteacher lead teaching and learning programmes, supervise staff and ensure learners welfare.
The deputy headteacher assist the headteacher in administration and leadership, overseas discipline, academic and extra curricular activities.
The head of department manage subject areas and curriculum delivery , support and mentor teachers in their department.
The teachers and support staff deliver lessons and assess learners progress.
The student council represents the student council and promote discipline and peer support.

Institutional policy ensures decisions are made consistently , resources are used properly, and everyone understands their rights and responsibilities.

resource management is about making the best use of what is available in the school to improve teaching , learning and overall operations.
The above school charter helps in guidelines in the school operations
the physical school structure refers to the actual building.
it documents all the school assets suppliers condition and where it is located and its value.
It is this report chat will help for accountability budgeting for replacement or repairs.
